According to itypeusa, Costa Rica is a small country located in Central America, bordered by Nicaragua to the north, Panama to the south, the Caribbean Sea to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The capital of Costa Rica is San Jose and its official language is Spanish. The currency used in Costa Rica is the Costa Rican Colon (CRC). Costa Rica has a rich cultural heritage with strong influences from both native indigenous people and Spanish colonizers. It also has strong ties with North American countries due to its close proximity and shared history. There are a range of festivals and celebrations that take place throughout the year such as Semana Santa (Easter Week) which features colorful parades throughout the streets of San Jose and Fiesta de los Diablitos which celebrates an ancient indigenous tradition. The economy of Costa Rica relies heavily on tourism with visitors coming from all over the world to experience its stunning landscapes, diverse wildlife, vibrant cities or its many beaches on both coasts. Other industries include agriculture (coffee, sugarcane, bananas), electronics manufacturing and fishing. Costa Rica offers visitors a range of activities from exploring national parks such as Corcovado National Park or Manuel Antonio National Park which are home to some of Central America’s most diverse wildlife including jaguars, monkeys or sloths; or discovering stunning landscapes such as Arenal Volcano near La Fortuna or Rincon de la Vieja near Liberia – both offering spectacular views over surrounding rainforests and volcanoes below. There are also numerous water sports available such as surfing in Tamarindo Beach or sailing in Golfo Dulce; while adventure seekers can explore caves at Barra Honda National Park or go zip-lining in Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. Costa Rica is located in the Central Standard Time Zone (CST) and observes the same time as most of the countries in North America. During Daylight Saving Time (DST), clocks are moved forward one hour to UTC-6. DST begins on the second Sunday of April and ends on the first Sunday of October each year. In addition to observing Daylight Saving Time along with other parts of Central America, Costa Rica also observes certain holidays with special times or exceptions to its standard time zone. For example, on New Year’s Day all clocks are moved back by one hour for an additional hour of daylight savings time. On Independence Day (the day celebrating the independence of Costa Rica) all clocks are moved forward by two hours so that people can attend celebrations earlier at night; this is known as “Costa Rican Miracle” or “Little Costa Rica” in some parts of the country. The Costa Rica also shares its time zone with other countries such as Belize, Guatemala and Honduras. This means that people living in these countries will experience the same time as those living in Costa Rica during DST, but may observe different holidays with different times or exceptions to their standard time zone. Overall, Costa Rica follows the Central Standard Time Zone and observes Daylight Saving Time along with other parts of Central America. It also has certain holidays where clocks are moved forward or backward for an additional hour so that people can attend celebrations earlier at night. Costa Rica Education

Training Education has played a crucial role in social mobility in Costa Rica. As early as 1869, the right to free and compulsory primary school education was established in the constitution. Subsequently, the education system has expanded greatly; at the turn of the last century, the salaries of the folk teachers were a heavier item in the state budget than those of the army officers. It is especially after the revolution, when the army was abolished, that great efforts have…
