  • 1 cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 150gr of brown sugar
  • 125gr of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 200 g of flour
  • Almonds in slivers

– Mode of preparation –

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 gem

  • 20gr of yeast

  • 80gr of sultanas
  • 50gr of cherries candied
  • 50gr of nuts
  • 50gr of cranberries, dried
  • 100gr of butter

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Put the milk, the eggs, the yolks, the seeds of the vanilla and the yeast in the cup and to program 1 minute at 37 degrees on speed 2
  2. Add the flour, the sugar, the salt and the butter and schedule 2 minutes on speed cob
  3. Check if it forms a ball and the dough detaches from the walls of the cup. When this happens add the Port wine and dried fruits, and program 2 minutes on speed cob
  4. Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a cloth and let it leaven for 3 hours
  5. Knead lightly with your hands and then move on to a form, leaving to prove until double the volume (about an hour)
