Apple’s Chief Executive, Tim Cook, has just published a letter in which he laments the problems in the new map service.
Apple’s Chief Executive, Tim Cook, has just published a letter in which he apologizes for the problems that have been with the new map service in iOS 6. Not only did he apologise for the problems, so he also refers users to test competitors’ services.
Tim Cook tells in the letter that there are more than 100 million devices that can use Apple Maps and the quantity of users is instrumental in making the service better by the day.
In the letter ends Tim Cook also of, to refer to a number of competitors, as he calls for you can try while Apple improves their new map service.
